About the wine
Schiava and Teroldego grape varieties. The grapes of the two varieties are pressed separately at a constant temperature of 2°C. This is followed by a month of aging in stainless steel containers to preserve the scent and freshness, and finally the blending. Before bottling, the wine is left to rest for a short time.
Tasting note
Strong and bright rose red color with ruby red luster, fragrant scent and fruity notes; the suppleness of Schiava is underlined by the freshness and acidity of Teroldego. Lively, fresh, harmonious taste.
