An exceptional liqueur from Nonino, which combines the intense and spicy taste of ginger with the artisanal quality and distillation skills of the Nonino family. Made from fresh, high-quality ginger roots, this liqueur offers a perfect balance between the spiciness of ginger and a pleasant sweetness.
Tasting note
An inimitable spicy, hot and peppery scent. Citrus notes on the finish as a characteristic feature of the selected ginger. On the palate, it is intense, spicy, with exotic notes and a hint of lemongrass. Long lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect pure, on ice or as an ingredient in cocktails such as a ginger mule or a ginger spritz. Also ideal as a base for creative mixed drinks or as an accompaniment to spicy dishes.
Vinification
A distillate obtained by macerating and distilling pure ginger. Anaerobic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks; the ginger is then immediately distilled in our artisanal discontinuous steam burner, separating pre- and post-runs.
