Tasting note
Soft pink with salmon-colored reflections, this delights with fresh and fruity rosé nose and palate. Tropical fruit notes of physalis, passion fruit and pomegranate and some wild strawberry and the balanced acidity make it stand out.
Culinary recommendation
A wonderful aperitif wine and accompaniment for light cooking, also ideal with mezze, oriental spicy dishes and also with salty cheese and not-so-sweet fruitcake.
