About the wine

Tasting note
Aromas of fresh cherries are mixed with floral notes, especially violets, and hints of flint with slightly spicy notes. A slightly sweet start on the palate, in which the fruit dominates Then the wine finds energy in a nice acidity, which makes it spicy, fragrant and long with full and crunchy tannins that rediscover its complex and dense structure.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is ideal for classic Bistecca Fiorentina, but is just as good with lamb and game dishes. Thanks to its spiciness, it is also highly recommended with fried meat and also with hearty fish dishes.
Vinification
Partial pressing of berries, filling into conical wooden barrels for Fermentation at controlled temperature. Maceration for approximately 40 days.
