This shaggy contemporary is bursting with strength. Dark fruits in the foreground, oak and vanilla subtly combined. Wow — “not a bull” but delightfully Californian.

The No Bull is complex and intense, extremely juicy, generous and balanced, with a beautiful structure, soft texture, ripe and rich fruit, subtle use of wood, fine-grained tannin structure.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Some of the wine was aged in oak.
