Tasting note
Bright, vivid ruby red color Intense, fresh aromas. Small red fruits on a slightly spicy background. The taste is structured, with well-integrated, sweet tannins. Fruity on the palate, mineral with graphite and juicy.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with sausages, cooked meats, roasts, mature cheeses. It goes extremely well with all rich and tasty dishes of Italian cuisine and beyond.
Vinification
Selected grapes harvested by hand in small boxes. Alcoholic fermentation in small steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, aging takes place in 500-liter oak barrels. The bottling takes place after maturing in wood for at least 18 months.
