Tasting note
Ruby red. Full-bodied, dense Negroamaro with notes of blackcurrants, cherries and tea. Although the vines grow in the heat of Salento, synergistic agriculture makes it possible to press a relatively light wine with only 13% alcohol. And all this without additives, mouth-filling gum arabic or sulfur.
