An elegant, fruity red wine from Tuscany. It impresses with aromas of ripe red berries, dark cherries and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is soft and balanced with soft tannins and a harmonious, persistent finish. An expressive wine with Tuscan charm.

Tasting note
The latest trick from Villa Santo Stefano! Nina impresses with its aromas of red fruits, herbs and a slight spiciness. The careful work in the wine cellar underlines the gifts of nature. The wine is extremely limited, as only the very best Cabernet Franc grapes are used (total production 2000 bottles)!!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled or braised meat, particularly beef and lamb. It also goes well with pasta dishes such as Bolognese or pasta with mushroom sauce, as well as with aged cheeses such as pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano. An ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean stews and sausages.
Vinification
Strict yield regulation in the vineyard, manual harvesting, fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks and 14 months of aging in French barriques.
