Tasting note
Delicate straw yellow, silver reflections. Fine nuances of yellow pome fruit, a hint of mango, mineral, underpinned with subtle tobacco spice. Powerful, white tropical fruit, fine-rich acid core, elegant fruit on the finish, delicate honey in the aftertaste
Vinification
Highly ripe grape material, gently pressed after 20 hours of maceration and spontaneously fermented in 500 l acacia & oak barrels, aged in wooden barrels for 16 months with intensive yeast contact, bottled in March 2022.
