Tasting note
Die verspielten Aromen des Nico van der Merwe Syrah von Brombeere, Brot und Marmelade drücken viel Charakter mit einer ganz einzigartigen Struktur aus. Anschliessend zeigen die verspielten Nuancen von schwarzer Johannisbeere und Schokolade ihren eigenen Charakter. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with meat dishes, lamb, beef, game meat, barbecues, stews, spicy cheese, solo or just with a little bread.
