About the wine
New Age wines are produced by Bodegas Valentin Bianchi, a fourth-generation family winery founded in 1928. After almost a century of hard work and success, the winery still exudes the family's heritage and tries to keep their passion for wine alive and constantly explore new horizons.

Tasting note
Notes of wild raspberries and powdered sugar as well as aromas of red fruits and violet blossoms. Fresh and slightly fizzy, this rosé has a touch of sweetness and a soft mouthfeel with refreshing acidity on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, as well as with light meals of all kinds.
Vinification
The grapes for the New Age White are picked by hand from sustainably managed vineyards in the San Rafael wine region of Argentina. Selected yeasts are added to freshly squeezed juice to initiate fermentation, which is stopped after half the time by spinning the wine in a centrifuge, resulting in a naturally slightly sweet, slightly sparkling wine. No additional sweeteners are used in the production of New Age Wines.
