About the wine
The castle of Auvernier is one of the links between former and present size. As late as 1914, 400 bottles of Pinot Noir Château d'Auvernier from 1911 were emptied on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prussian Guard. The current owner of the castle Thierry Grosjean is proactive and cosmopolitan and his wines are also highly appreciated abroad

Tasting note
Pale color, lime blossom bouquet, fruity and full-bodied wine. It is slightly carbonated due to its maturity on the yeast.
