Its intense scent reveals the grapes that have dried before fermentation: dried plums, pickled cherries, elderberry jam, figs and dates. The bouquet also shows a pronounced floweriness. The spicy components were also concentrated during drying: juniper, black pepper and dried herbs can be identified as aromas. On the palate, the first sip is surprised by the stimulating freshness with wonderful juiciness and fresh fruit aromas that continue to the finish.
