Tasting note
Intense ruby red. The bouquet fascinates with a scent of ripe red fruits and elegant roasted aromas. On the palate, it shows an opulent fruitiness combined with aromas of vanilla and roasted hazelnuts, which the wine gets from aging in barriques. The complexity of the body makes this red wine an exceptional drinking experience. Wine expresses its potential best when decanted or opened early.

Red meat, game, cheese and aged salami.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels with maceration on the skins for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in new and used barriques. 14/18 months in barriques.
