Tasting note
The color is a rich crimson. Intense but not obtrusive, this complex plant shows a remarkable purity on the nose and palate. Notes of licorice, fine spices and fine roasted aromas (cocoa) blend harmoniously with ripe fruit notes. On the palate, the exemplary integrated acidity refreshes. The velvety tannins underline the elegance of this exceptional southerner. The persistence in the finish and finish is also impressive.

Vinification
The fermentation lasts around 25 days. After biological acid degradation, the wine matures in barriques for a year.
