Color: Bright ruby, medium reflections, colortight. Aromatics: Elegant, clear bouquet typical of the variety, ripe cherries and plums, a touch of herbs, undergrowth, ivy provide a nice counterpoint, delicate roasted touch. Body: Very long, soft drink, delicate acidity, present in tannins, harmonious, soft mouth feeling, finely smoky on the palate. Quality: Served cold, a perfect accompaniment to fish — an ideal everyday wine.
