About the wine
Fruity with aromas of blackberries and plums, notes of licorice and red fruits. Balanced, soft aftertaste, rather light. Great drinking fun with 12.5% alcohol and a very nice balance.

Tasting note
Its rich garnet red is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your friends will tell you. The outstanding scent spectrum of black pepper and tobacco shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of black cherry and black plum shape its individual texture. A red wine with a heavy body and dominant acidity, which develops its lively structure vigorously with rich tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: 2015 - 2019. Flaschenpost team tip: Goes well with risotto, oxtail soup and pasta.
