About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tormaresca conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The wine has an intense ruby red. On the nose, a bouquet of red fruits, cherries, with notes of candied fruit and licorice. Round on the palate, balanced and well-structured. Middle-weight body with great fruit and good breed. The wine is a great way to enjoy another sip!
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for socializing with friends. Easy to drink, uncomplicated, with a great price-performance ratio.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the right stage of ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The maceration, which is carried out at temperatures of not more than 28°C, takes 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation is completed at the beginning of winter. This was followed by further aging in steel tanks for eight months and an additional four months in the bottle before the wine was sold.
