Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Sweet cherries, wild berry jam, some violets and anise on the nose. Fine and soft on the palate at the start, with lively, well-balanced acidity. Then powerful yet elegant, with good aromatic persistence in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for socializing with friends. Easy to drink, uncomplicated, with a great price/quality ratio.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the right degree of maturity and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The maceration, which is carried out at temperatures not higher than 28°C, lasts 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation is completed at the beginning of winter. This was followed by further aging in steel tanks for eight months and an additional four months in the bottle before the wine is sold.
