About the wine
Nero d'Avola is a very elegant grape variety that knows its surroundings very well. It is grown at an altitude of 2 m on cool soils with a high proportion of lime and sand and is a Nero d'Avola plant with lush vegetation, juicy grapes and shades of purple.

Tasting note
A young fresh fruity wine with purple reflections. Fruity notes of red berries and some cherry on the nose. Good acid structure with a medium-long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meats and Mediterranean spices.
