Tasting note
Intense ruby red, the fruity notes of plums, blueberries and amarena are convincing on the nose. In the taste, there are hints of spices and tobacco.
Culinary recommendation
Very suitable as an accompaniment to medium-weight dishes such as pasta with sauces, risotti, white meat.
Vinification
Harvest in the last decade of September. Vinification at a controlled temperature for at least 10 days. Ageing in chrome steel tanks and in bottles.
