About the wine
Acquired in 2001/2002 by Gian Andrea Tinazzi, the “Feudo di Santa Croce “winery is located in Carosino, a small town near Taranto on the Salento peninsula between the Ionian and Adriatic seas. Feudo di Santa Croce's selection of wines represents the characteristics of this area. Thanks to the water resources and the good balance of day and night temperatures, this area is recognized as the best wine-growing region in Puglia.

Tasting note
In addition to an intense red color, it has a pleasant bouquet with fruity and spicy notes (sour cherry, plum and cinnamon). It is a structured wine with a round, harmonious taste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers with vegetables, red meat, game, aged cheese
Vinification
They are picked and selected by hand, followed by pressing and destemming the grapes, maceration and 8 to 10 days of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-26 °C and soft pressing. The aging takes place in small barrels for 4/8 months.
