Tasting note
Extremely dark color. Sophisticated bouquet with fragrant aromas of juniper, blueberries, rosemary, licorice, behind subtle toast aromas. On the palate, the Negre de Negres is juicy, full-bodied, beautifully structured, with good freshness, heavenly melty texture and soft, well-integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with grilled meat, game dishes, hearty stews and aged cheese.
