About the wine
With aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries and spicy notes, it is full-bodied on the palate, with soft tannins and a balanced freshness. A harmonious wine that impresses both in its fruit and in its structure.

Tasting note
Dark ruby red. Ripe, sweet fruit and warm spices on the nose. Seductive and intense. Juicy and uncomplicated on the palate, with aromas of cooked fruit and some licorice. Medium-long and harmonious in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza and pasta as well as with salami and grilled meats.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then also aged in stainless steel tanks for a few months.
