Nectar Dei from Tuscany is smooth and structured, bursting with juicy dark berries like blackberry and black currant. You'll notice subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and thyme, giving it freshness and balance. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot creates a textured, elegant wine with fine tannins and a lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Great with grilled steak, hearty tomato-based pasta, aged cheese, or a savory mushroom risotto.
Vinification
Aged 24 months in top-notch French oak barrels (30% new), 4 months in a single concrete tank, and 12 months in the bottle.
