About the wine
The fertile and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vigneti Luigi Oddero & Figli conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Bright garnet red color with an intense floral and fruity scent. On the nose, a delicately fruity, spicy taste reminiscent of fruit and dried rose petals. Well-structured, balanced on the palate, with a long-lasting fruit aroma.
Culinary recommendation
This Nebbiolo goes great with juicy steaks with pepper sauce, freshly roasted meat from the oven or game dishes with lingonberry sauce.
Vinification
After manual harvesting and strict grape selection, Nebbiolo Langhe is fermented for 7 to 9 days between 25 and 27 °C in a fermentation tank. The wine then matures for a short time in stainless steel and cement tanks so that the fruit and the freshness of the grape are optimally preserved.
