About the wine
Ca' del Baio is an old family business owned by the Grasso family. It is now run by Giulio and Luciana and their three daughters Valentina, Paola and Federico. The total of 28 hectares of vineyards are located in the municipalities of Treiso and Barbaresco.

Tasting note
Garnet red robe with ruby reflections. Fragrant bouquet with notes of dried flowers and geraniums accompanied by a hint of fruit reminiscent of raspberries. Dry, warm and soft on the palate with easily noticeable tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh sausages, slightly aged cheese, pasta with Italian meat sauce, beef hamburger or beef carpaccio.
