About the wine
Fresh, floral and fruity with notes of rose hips, cherries and delicate raspberries. Medium-density on the palate with lovely freshness and light, delicate tannins. Pleasantly balanced body with fine aromatic persistence.

Maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approx. 6 days before the grapes are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel is completed (approx. 20 days), with malolactic fermentation even with controlled fermentation
