Tasting note
This fruity Nebbiolo shines with its ruby red color and garnet influences. Great aromas of red berries, herbs and dried roses. Long-lasting on the palate with spicy-soft tannin and a slight note of licorice. An elegant, finesse finale.

Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation for 7 days at 28°C in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent aging in oak barrels, followed by a few months of bottle aging.
