Tasting note
Ruby red with light brick-red reflections. The nose is characterized by red cherries, violets, some licorice and a fine spice. On the palate, the wine is structured, with fine-grained tannin, lively acidity and elegant balance. A classic representative of Nebbiolo — accessible yet with depth.

Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation with temperature control. Aging for several months in large wooden barrels. The aging brings structure, fine tannins and balanced elegance.
