Tasting note
Elegant and well-structured red wine with aromas of dark berries, cherries and a touch of spices, tobacco and leather. The wine shows ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a fine mineral note, which give it depth and complexity. The aftertaste is long and soft.

Goes well with grilled meat, game or aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are handpicked and traditionally fermented. The wine ages in French oak barrels for 18 months.
