Tasting note
Our first wine is named after the Nava Alta, the mountain range surrounding our vineyards that makes our terroir so unique. We cultivate the vines by hand and according to ecological standards. When harvesting, we manually select the grapes. Brilliant cherry red color with shades of purple. Scented and complex with aromas of ripe red cherries and strawberries with spicy notes of white pepper and nuances of oak and cedarwood from barriques. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, balanced with fresh acidity and ripe, elegant tannin. Long aftertaste with fruity aromas.
