Tasting note
On the nose, a wide range of the finest fruit aromas: red berries, sour cherries, vanilla, spices. On the palate, you can see the great strength and structure of this wine, which is supported by the wonderfully integrated tannins. Rich in finesse with a beautiful melting, long-lasting aftertaste.

Vinification
Mash fermentation approx. 8-10 days with a maximum yield of between 500 and 700 grams per square meter. Ageing for 16 months in half new barriques.
