Tasting note
Dense purple. Aromas of ripe red and dark fruits flow into the nose. On the palate, we feel a rich fruit with a lot of power. Cherry aromas and juniper are in the foreground. The body is very elegant and the tannins are rounded.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty meat dishes such as beef, lamb or game. It is also an ideal accompaniment to aged hard cheese.
Vinification
Mash fermentation approx. 8-10 days at a maximum of 28°. 14 months in new and one-year barriques.
