Brilliantly bright lemon yellow — explosively aromatic nose with notes of green apples, white peaches, pear purée, dried herbs and wet hay. The palate is concentrated and with complex aromas of seductive peach fruit, ripe guava, pear and quince as well as a basaltic-volcanic minerality, which, together with the salinity owed to its origin, gives the wine a perfect backbone. An extremely straightforward and precise white wine of a completely underrated variety that tastes great with fish and crustaceans.
