Tasting note
Young organic red wine. Made from grapes from young and old red Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cabenet Sauvignon vines. Fermentation with wild yeasts from the same vineyard. This wine conveys the energy and freshness of DO Montsant. A very clean wine with no woody character. A fresh wine, full of sour fruits, lively, mineral, smooth and silky. Cherry, bright, vivid, purple edge. Fresh red fruits, citrus fruits, lemon peel, spices and notes of aromatic herbs Fresh and mineral start. Sour red fruits, notes of lemon, fresh spices. Comprehensive and silky tannins. Well-balanced wine. Music pairing: Tant de bo by Suu!
