About the wine
Schola Sarmenti, home to beautiful walls from the nineteenth century, stands vineyards with autochthonous grape varieties with up to 80-year-old vines, which are skillfully and patiently cultivated. When harvested, only the best grapes are selected, which have been allowed to grow in an environment of respect and love for nature.

Tasting note
Ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, intense fruit aromas with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the Nerio is finely structured, aromatic and gentle, with aromas of overripe fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with braised lamb, spicy pasta dishes, grilled meat or aged pecorino.
