Tasting note
Very classic on the nose, with the typical combination of dried tomatoes and olive paste, which expresses itself with remarkable clarity. Similarly clear, almost straight, on the palate, with consistent aromas and a hint of sweet red fruit.
Vinification
Harvest period from September 19 to October 10. The maceration took 25 days and the fermentation took place with local yeasts and was completed after 1-2 months.
