About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Ghizzano is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the flourishing and fertile Tuscan countryside. With the provocative Merlot 2015 — Nambrot Costa Toscana IGT wooden box, nuances and accents are redefined. Vinification
A few words about vinification: Ginevra Venerosi Pesciolini has given the winery, which has been owned by her family since 1370, a new, fresh impetus. Not all vineyard renovations have been completed yet, but everything she has done in recent years is characterized by the utmost professionalism. Tailored to the soil and microclimate, in addition to local Sangiovese, she has also planted Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in particular, which find perfect conditions at Ghizzano's low altitude. Her wines are characterized by sophisticated cut, great personality and harmony.
