About the wine
UBY N°7 Merlot Tannat combines the soft, fruity structure of Merlot with the intense tannin structure of tannat, resulting in a balanced, profound red wine. This wine combines the best qualities of both grape varieties and offers an exciting tasting with lots of character and a distinctive finish.
Tasting note
Eyes: Red with ruby reflections. Nose: notes of black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant). Mouth: Fruity and clear start with black and red fruits (cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant), fairly tannic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, sausages, cold starters, light meats, cheese.
