This is macerated with various, coordinated spices, berries, plants, roots and even wood. The result is a new, deep, surprising taste experience. Thanks to lacto-fermentation, it is completely natural with 0.0% Vol. They are brewers, botanists, collectors, scientists - they are “feral” - wild, unleashed, back in and with nature. Great!
