Tasting note
The fourth brand from Chateaux-Carton. The base wine is a Chardonnay from Aude. It grew on the purest shell limestone on a coral reef in prehistoric Mer Helvetienne. The minerality gives the distillate its elegant aromas and fineness. A lovely fruitiness is reminiscent of almond blossoms, apricots, pears and chocolate. A very successful grappa, even if you can't call it that.
