Tasting note
Nice expression of ripe fruit, fine, slightly spicy, elegant wood flavor. Full and well-structured body, rich, with strong, velvety tannins. Intense ruby red.

Goes well with cold cuts, Vaud saucisson, Mediterranean cuisine, white meat, red meat dishes and goat cheese.
