Tasting note
A deep garnet red color with aromas of citrus, musk, coffee and candied fruit. On the palate, the wine is rich, smooth, solid and generous at the same time. A great wine with a lot of complexity.

Vinification
This cuvée is rigorously selected through a selection of the best locations. The grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in truncated cone-shaped wooden vats with careful extraction by manually submerging the pomace hat at moderate temperatures. Ageing in barrels takes 18 months. Yield: 25hl/ha
