Tasting note
The Mythos is only produced in exceptionally good vintages. Only the top 2 percent of the winery's grapes are used for this purpose. A full-bodied red wine with ripe fruit and a structure rich in tannin. A powerful, modern red wine from a classic Portuguese winery with a 35-year history. Will reach its complexity in the next 8-10 years, but is already perfect to drink. Goes well with hearty dishes, lamb and red game.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for red meat, pizza with mushrooms and Gruyère burgers. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: Now until 2025.
