About the wine

Tasting note
This wine greets you with a ripe, complex nose full of aromas of red fruits, plums and spices. These aromas result in an elegant palate that ends with a gentle aftertaste
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with almost any meal to drink. An excellent drinking wine.
Vinification
The grapes were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 25-30 °C. During fermentation, regular over-pumping operations were carried out to extract color and flavor. The mash was pressed at around 10° Balling, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine was not aged in wooden barrels to preserve its fresh fruitiness.
