About the wine
We have a special, dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from 2019 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Greek winery Anatolikos Vineyards grows this wine in the countryside in Macedonia. Tasting note
A bright deep purple color, it starts with a discreet animality and when it dematerializes, it releases a complex bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, dried plums and figs, pine honey, coffee and cocoa, roasted almonds. Gentle tannins, balanced acidity, abundant fruit, complex aftertaste.

Vinification
Cryo-extraction before fermentation, long fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature, aging in their thin yeasts for 12 months in French oak barrels. It is not filtered and is not treated before bottling.
