Tasting note
A fresh cannonau with a subdued minerality and wonderfully fresh fruit aromas of blackberries, plums and blueberries. The finish results in juicy acidity and beautifully integrated tannins.

A spicy grilled steak tastes delicious with mustazzo — lamb or mature cheese also complement this genuine Sardinian wonderfully.
Vinification
100% Cannonau, which grows at 600 meters above sea level. The vines are 55 years old on average. After de-steming, the wine ferments in oak barrels and cement tanks.
