The Musgo Verdejo Rueda DO's lively aromas of fennel and peach express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. The refreshing nuances of lime, green melon and grapefruit then reveal their own character. Lean body and dominant acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The must is cold-macerated with the skins at 7°C for eight hours, which enhances the characteristic aromas of Verdejo. Fermentation takes place at 14-16°C, which helps to preserve and intensify the unique taste of the variety. The wine stays in contact with the fine yeast, which gives it more structure and finesse.
