About the wine
Chateau Musar is Lebanon's most famous wine cellar. It does not have its own vineyards but is supplied with grapes from contractually bound wineries from the Bekaa Valley. However, cultivation and vine care are subject to the management of the winery. The company's cellar technology meets the latest standards and is vinified in classic Bordeaux style. The wines are neither filtered nor embellished. The result is powerful wines that revive Lebanon's old wine tradition.

Tasting note
The Musar Jeune White is rich lemon yellow and the nose is fresh and fruity with aromas of peaches, apricots, pineapple, pear and quince as well as Mediterranean herbs. Dry on the palate and balanced with lots of fresh fruit such as apricots, pineapples and basil.
Vinification
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel at a temperature of between 18 and 22 degrees. Then assembled, stabilized and bottled. Vegan certified.
